Q: What are the shipping times?
A: Our standard shipping time is 7-15 business days for the USA. Once your order is processed (1-3 business days), you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: At the moment, we only offer standard shipping (7-15 business days). We are working on adding faster shipping options soon!

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s site.

Q: I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
A: If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at sales@soluminal.com with your order number. We’ll check its status and assist you as soon as possible!

Q: What if I receive a damaged item?
A: If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry! Just send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send you a free replacement or issue a refund.

Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the product in its original condition and packaging, and we’ll refund you. Return shipping costs may apply.

Q: How do I request a refund?
A: Simply email us at sales@soluminal.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. If eligible, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it. After this period, it might already be processed and shipped. To cancel, please email us at sales@soluminal.com as soon as possible.

Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@soluminal.com to request a change.

Q: Can I adjust the brightness and sounds?
A: Absolutely! You can customize the brightness levels, colors, and choose from 7 natural sounds or FM radio to wake up peacefully.

Q: How does the sunrise simulation work?
A: The alarm gradually increases its brightness 30 minutes before your set wake-up time, mimicking a natural sunrise and helping your body wake up naturally.
