1. Processing Time
✅ Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
✅ Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Time & Cost
📍 United States:
- Standard Shipping (FREE): 7-15 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 5-10 business days (additional cost may apply)
🚀 Tracking Included! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.
❗ Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like customs processing, weather, or peak seasons.
3. Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- If your package is delayed beyond 30 days, contact us at sales@soluminal.com for assistance.
- If the package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with your local carrier or neighbors first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will do our best to assist you.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.
- If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may not be possible.
6. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours after placement.
- After this period, the order is already being processed and cannot be changed.
